Cookie Policy
Last updated: 15 August 2026
How Sovereign Arc Software Ltd uses cookies — essential session and security cookies only, under UK PECR.
1. Our Position on Cookies
Sovereign Arc Software Ltd operates a strictly minimal cookie policy in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR.
We deploy zero third-party tracking, profiling, advertising or cross-site marketing cookies. No advertising pixels, retargeting tags or data-broker scripts are used on this website without explicit, freely given prior consent — and none are currently deployed.
2. Essential Cookies We Use
The following strictly necessary cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under PECR because the service cannot function without them:
- Session cookie — maintains an authenticated user session while signed in to a Sovereign Arc platform. Expires on sign-out or session timeout.
- Security / CSRF token — protects forms and account actions against cross-site request forgery. Session duration.
- Load balancing and routing — ensures requests reach a healthy application server. Session duration.
- Preference cookie — remembers non-tracking interface preferences such as theme or dismissed notices. Up to 12 months.
3. Payment Processing
When a subscription payment is made, Stripe may set cookies necessary for fraud prevention and secure card processing. These are essential to completing the transaction and are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie notices.
4. Analytics
We use only aggregated, privacy-preserving server-side logs to monitor performance, availability and abuse. These logs do not build cross-site profiles of individuals and do not rely on advertising identifiers.
5. Managing Cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in and may stop parts of our platforms from working correctly.
If we ever introduce a non-essential cookie, we will request your explicit opt-in consent first and provide an equally easy way to withdraw it.
